Year 6 pupil Charlotte Ambler has already had a busy term musically, and this looks to continue in the coming weeks.

The talented musician recently performed at Exeter Cathedral with the Devon Youth Symphony Orchestra, with whom she plays cello, and now looks forward to supporting local band The Kaziens, along with the orchestra, at a concert later this term.

Towards the end of the summer, Charlotte will be playing the French horn with the National Children’s Orchestra, and in the school holidays she will perform with the National Schools Symphony Orchestra.

To cap this all off, she will be playing one of her own piano compositions in the Taunton Festival Gala Concert. Many congratulations on her musical success!

Head of Music, Gareth Dayus-Jones said: "What an incredible couple of months it has been for Charlotte. Earlier this year she took part in a six-day space camp t the US Space and Rocket Centre, and now she is touring the South West with up-and-coming artists. We couldn't be more proud."
