Snoops Climbs a Mountain | King's Hall School Taunton

Hey folks,

I hope you all had a great half term! I had an awesome trip to the Lake District and my highlights were walking up mountains, meeting a flock of Herdwick sheep, and watching the ducks on Lake Windermere.

My favourite walk was up a mountain called Silver Howe. My accompanying humans announced that they had walked 5 miles which means I did about 20 (they walk at such a slow pace!). On returning to our starting point in Grasmere, they ate soup and crusty rolls. I have to say that crusty rolls are just the best as people make such a crumbly mess with them. I, of course, helped out by doing a little canine hoovering under the table.

Well, I don’t know about you, but it’s full steam ahead for me now. Bonfire Night, The Wiz and then the countdown to that wonderful time of year that begins with ‘C’. Mr Chippendale said that we weren’t allowed to mention the word last half term but maybe I can be the fist this half term ... CHRISTMAS!!!!! (Shhh, don’t tell!).

Over and out,
Snoops x
