Nursery Shine in Miraculous Christmas Nativity

Wishing Mr Clarke and his brother-in-law Gary all the best for their epic 240-mile charity cycle ride tomorrow in a… - 2 weeks ago

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house last week as our Nursery children delivered a magnificent performance of their Christmas nativity, A Miracle in Town. The traditional tale was magically brought to life by the singing and acting of our youngest pupils, who shone as bright as the Star of Bethlehem.

The story began with Mary and Joseph travelling to Bethlehem on their donkey. During their journey they came across of group of shepherds, an array of twinkling angels, a kind innkeeper with a troublesome stable door, three kings in their finery, and cool camels who went in search of the bright star.

Commenting on the show, Nursery 2 Leader Hannah Hammond said: “It was a miracle in that they all made it to the stable to celebrate the birth of Jesus! The nativity has really marked the start of the festive season for us. All of our Pre-Prep staff are extremely proud of the children – we will treasure this moment forever.”
