Boarders Enjoy a Taste of Italy
Fabulous food, friends, and lots of fun are the key to a successful King’s Hall dinner party. And last week, our boarders experienced all three as our catering team threw a fabulous Italian themed night – family style!
With an extensive menu of antipasto, mushroom and parmesan risotto, margherita pizza, and a delightful tiramisu, there wasn’t an empty belly in the house. The tables were adorned with checkered tablecloths, making everyone feel as though they were in a real pizzeria, and a range of topical selfie props proved extremely popular. Passers-by would be likely think our pupils had not received the memo – Eurovision was two weeks ago!
Here at King’s Hall we would like to say a huge thank you to our wonderful catering team, and to Emma for organising the whole event. Nights like these not only strengthen our boarding community, but also celebrate the diverse nationalities of our staff and boarders. We now look forward to the next international evening …
