Last week the King’s Hall Under 13 boys’ rugby team travelled to St Peters Prep School near Exmouth to take part in their 7s tournament, where they gave a very good account of themselves and remained unbeaten throughout.

In addition to King’s Hall, the other schools taking part were Mount Kelly, Blundells, Stover, Wellington, Exmouth and St Peters.

Alistair Halls, Director of Sport at King’s Hall, said: "We have been doing extra 7s training during the usual rugby sessions and the boys have made a lot of progress.”

He added: “The tournament at St Peters was a great event and our boys performed amazingly. They showed maturity, determination and excellent teamwork, and were undefeated in the tournament."
