Teaching and staff

From the fun, formative and playful early days of nursery, through the adventure of learning to read, discovering new skills and increasing their knowledge, to the widening world of the Prep school, each child at King's Hall discovers all-round fulfilment and develops in confidence through the teaching of our dedicated and highly skilled staff.

We are an academicallynon-selective school because we seek to develop a wide range of abilities and experiences. Our main aim is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to make the most of their potential, enjoy success and, as a result, grow in self-confidence.

Each child is carefully assessed and monitored as they move through each year group. We find out what they can do and move them on at their own pace, according to their needs.

Pupils achieve high academic standards and this year 32 scholarships and awards have been won to senior independent schools, whilst success in sport and in the creative and performing arts is widely recognised.
