Admissions and School Secretary

King’s Schools are seeking a full time Admissions and School Secretary. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions (and indirectly to the Headmaster’s PA/Office Manager at King’s Hall School), the Admissions and School Secretary will work all year round and be the first point of contact for prospective families as well as providing administrative support to the Admissions and Marketing Department.

He or she will combine a wide range of skills, including:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills with facility in using Microsoft Word, Excel and database programmes
  • A high level of organisational and administrative competency
  • Good speaking and presentation skills and a sound command of written English
  • A desire to be part of a successful team
  • Knowledge of independent boarding school education an advantage but not essential
