Well, the rain continues and still no snow! My friends and I have got our fingers crossed for the return of the Beast from the East, we could do with a sneaky snow day!
Even amidst the rain and the mud, I have had a very cheerful and exciting week. I was presented with the most amazing gift from some Year 4 children this week and it was made especially for me at Madame Harvey’s craft club. Just take a look at the photo - they have made me my own doggy apartment. It’s equipped with my own TV, pictures on the wall and a vase to put flowers in. The children wanted to take it home for all their family pooches to try out but their mummies and daddies said that it is way too big to fit in their cars.
Instead, they have put it in Mrs Willmott’s classroom and I can tell that she’s really delighted! You’ve heard about my recycling bag story; well, this is a big improvement. Maybe I ought to suggest that they make me some more private apartments to keep in my other favourite spots around school... I was thinking about Mrs Masters' office, the school reception and the library. Maybe Mr Chippendale would like one for his puppy, Meg, too. I will let my friends know; there are plenty of deliveries to school in ginormous cardboard boxes.
Just keep a look out for a casual country dog looking cool in one of his contemporary apartments around school!
