Religious Studies, PShE & Citizenship
The overriding aims of each subject are to foster an understanding of
others’ faiths and values, and to encourage the spiritual, moral, social, cultural, physical and intellectual development of all our pupils, to prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life. In addition to formal teaching, we place great emphasis on group discussion work (‘circle time’), assemblies and mentoring by older pupils.
