New all weather sports area opened ahead of schedule
History was made at King’s Hall in November when the school’s first all weather sports area (“astrotrurf”) was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. The full size hockey pitch will be in use throughout the winter months with six tennis courts adding to existing facilities in the summer. Girls’ and boys’ hockey is already benefiting. The first match played on the surface was a 5-0 victory to King’s Hall which we hope is a good omen for the future!
