Harvest Festivals

The Prep and Pre-Prep schools held their Harvest Festivals, led by our chaplain Rev Mark Smith, during the week before Half Term. An important part of both services involved the children offering their contributions of tins and packets of food for the Taunton Open Door Charity.

Earlier in the term we had been privileged to listen to the Open Door representative, Tim Haver, who spoke to us in assembly about the excellent work this charity does for homeless people in Taunton.

The children certainly responded well and we hope that their impressive contributions will help to feed the homeless for quite a few weeks to come.
