Show Jumping - King’s Hall Victorious on Home Ground We recently held our annual inter-schools showjumping competition, which was very well supported. The event enjoyed beautiful late Summer sunshine in our own grounds, with two team competitions held during the day.
Class One was won by King’s Hall School, the only team to finish with a clean score card. India Knott, Tom Knott, Francesca Milne and Harry Eaton made up the victorious squad. King’s Hall also took second place in this class, with Tom Knott winning the individual title aboard his consistent eventer, Spirit.
Class Two saw Haygrove school coming out on top, also bringing in a team total of zero. The individual winner was Romilly Simmons of Danesfield School.
Equestrianism is very strong at both King’s Hall School and King’s College and this term, riders look forward to exclusive showjumping training with World Championship showjumper and BSJA coach Kelly Brown.
