Gold Medal Winners

The boys and girls in the King’s Hall athletics team have enjoyed a successful first half of term. Twelve gold medals were won at the King’s College Athletics Festival on May 10th. Special mention goes to double medal winners Arthur Friend, Euan Friend, Jack Holmes and William Potter.

The Year 8 team later competed in the Track and Field Schools Cup, which is open to all schools in the Taunton area. The girls achieved a highly creditable fourth place and the boys came first, a result which put them through to the Regional Event which will be held in Exeter in mid June.
