The Autumn Fayre

We were blessed with wonderful weather for our biennial charity fund raising event. The children made the most of the conditions to enjoy a happy time spending money at the Autumn Fayre.

There were long queues during the afternoon for some of the attractions and The Big Challenge, the Pole Joust and the Bungee Run appeared to be especially popular.

The stalls in the Arts Centre did a roaring trade as did the Ice Cream van, as people soaked up the Autumn sunshine.

The final total will be announced when we hand over our cheque to the representative from Children’s Hospice South West in a few weeks’ time, but we are confident that we will have made a surplus of well over £5000 from the event.
