Life Sciences
At King’s Hall, life sciences encompass the separately taught subjects of mathematics, science, ICT and design & technology. Whatever the subject, the aims are the same: to harness the natural inquisitiveness of children, to develop investigative and practical skills and, using everyday examples, to provide relevance and reason for the use of these subjects. Overall, staff strive to provide an environment in which pupils feel comfortable with their learning, so they are relaxed enough to try something out and not worry about making a mistake.
