Year 3 team building at Escot

As a year group we travelled to Escot. The day starting with a few warm up games such as “Turning our tummies inside out”!
We were then challenged with finding our way out of the beech tree maze!
Our mirrors provided us with the opportunity to look up into the trees and explore the world above - “Sky eyes”.
Those who dared went on the death slide. Mrs Willmott and Mr Sweet even had a go.
Inside the termite mound it was very noisy.
We roasted marshmallows by the fire. Delicious!
Alan, our guide for the day, had found many interesting things in and around Escot including some eggs.
The otters were delightful. We all wanted to take one home.
The falconry display was very informative. We all had to stay still and quiet!!
We finished the day by building fires.
We all went home exhausted having had lots of fun !
