The Exmoor Challenge is Successfully Completed

Bright and sunny weather welcomed the Exmoor Challenge this year and twenty four pupils in Year 8 took part in the hike.
The Challenge is a team event, with four people in a team. They have to follow a 16 mile route which is not marked and this means that following instructions, map-reading, and compass skills are essential. Only those who complete the course receive a medal.
Over a hundred teams took part and congratulations go out to our teams, who all successfully completed the course, achieving a second, a fifth and a tenth place along the way.
