Maths Week

The whole school participated in a series of Maths events to celebrate Maths Week. The Maths Department organised Maths Trails around the school grounds, Maths investigations, a Maths Mastermind and even a Maths Olympics. The Pre-Prep joined in and one of the things they did was to work out how many children they could fit into an original Mini car.
The whole week inspired the school to actively engage with mathematics in a variety of ways, building on our work during the school year to enthuse the children and help develop their confidence. All in all, two thumbs up to Maths Week 2010!
