King's College
King’s College is a thriving boarding and day school situated in the heart of Somerset. Providing quality education for 13-18 year olds. Like King’s Hall School it is part of the Woodard Corporation.
King’s College is situated in the bustling market town of Taunton. The school is small enough to have a warm, friendly atmosphere, yet large enough to compete nationally on many levels. King’s College espouses the ideal of all-round excellence, with superb academic results coupled to high achievement in sport, art, music, drama and outdoor pursuits. The school enjoys a warm, happy and welcoming atmosphere and excellent pastoral care provided by dedicated and experienced members of staff. When asked recently what they liked most about King’s College, a Sixth Form pupil commented: “We work very hard, but we have a lot of fun as well. There is always so much to do.” King’s College Open Days are on 7 May and 2 October 2011. Both start at 10am, with a programme which includes a guided tour of the campus and opportunities to chat to pupils, the Headmaster and members of staff. Please contact Barbara Lancey for further information on 01823 328204 or email admissions@kings-taunton.co.uk.
