Friends of King's Hall event booking form
Friday 1st June *****THE BIG SUMMER BALL*****
In 2012, King’s Hall will be celebrating 60 years here at Pyrland Hall, and that seems to us a very good excuse – if any were needed - to get together and hold our very own Summer Ball here on the glorious front lawn of the school.
So, on behalf of the Headmaster and Friends of King’s Hall we are delighted to enclose your invitation – and to warmly welcome you and your Friends to join us for what we hope will be a truly memorable evening.
Look forward to:
- Full or part table bookings available
- Cost £50 per head - includes:
- introductory glass of fizz
- canapes on the front terrace
- 2 course meal prepared by William's Kitchen of Calcot (menu)
- live music and dancing
- fireworks
- Carriages at 1am
- There will be a cash bar on the night, but wine can be ordered in advance
