Extended Care
The school day starts at 8.30 am and ends at 3.15 pm for the children in the Pre-Prep. Early Morning Club begins at 8.00 am and is available at no extra charge to all the children from Nursery to Year 3. The children are registered and supervised as they play, colour, read for fun and even watch television on occasions. At 8.30 am the children are accompanied to their classrooms to begin the day.
Supervision and Hobbies run from 3.15 pm through to 4.00 pm. (See below for care until 6pm) During this time the children can choose either to play, colour, read or use construction toys in classrooms, staffed by teachers and teaching assistants from their year group, or, from Reception to Year 2, to take up a hobby. Each term a list of new hobbies is sent home and children can choose which they attend for the term. The range on offer this term is listed below but will change regularly throughout the year.

TT Club (Tea Time Club) runs from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm each day. There is a small charge for each session attended. Sessions can be booked in advance if parents are working etc. or can be booked on the day that care is required. Thus should a parent break down, get stuck in traffic or have a late meeting, then a telephone call to the Pre-Prep office will ensure that their children are looked after. All the children who stay for TT club have sandwiches, cakes or biscuits and drinks for tea and then can play, draw and colour, take part in various activities or play in the woods, all under the watchful eye of qualified staff.
