Our Ethos

Whilst we work very hard to ensure your child’s academic success, we also believe in creating a rounded individual, who can go on to achieve great things in life. We place great emphasis on developing the individual: kindness, consideration, courtesy and respect for one another are fundamental to the ethos of the school.

This was identified as a key strength in the most recent school inspection report, which states: “the sensitive, highly effective pastoral care and very good provision for boarding, pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, provided by the committed, caring staff, enables pupils to become confident individuals in a calm and stable environment.”

With children feeling comfortable in their surroundings, learning flourishes. At King’s Hall, the standard of care and quality of learning are exceptional.
